Tre Stelle® Provolone Panini with Asparagus
A perfect luscious union of Provolone and asparagus makes this panini a favourite gourmet-style grilled cheese sandwich

Ingredients:
10 stalks fresh asparagus 1 tbsp | 15 mL olive oil salt and pepper to taste 4 slices crusty Italian or sourdough bread 1 tbsp | 15 mL grainy mustard 6 slices Tre Stelle® Sliced Provolone Cheese 1 tbsp | 15 mL butter
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 400°F (205°C). Trim asparagus to remove woody ends; drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Arrange on a foil-lined cookie sheet and roast until tender, approximately 20 minutes. Meanwhile preheat panini press or grill pan. Top 2 slices of bread with mustard, asparagus and 3 slices of Provolone cheese; top with remaining slices of bread; butter the outside side of each sandwich and grill until bread is golden and cheese is melted.
